WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

A new patient can expect an extensive history and examination consisting chiropractic, muscular, orthopedic and/or neurological exams. Total treatment time may last up to 1 hour to fully understand and treat your specific case.

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

I currently do not accept insurance but I will provide (upon request) a Superbill to submit to your insurance provider.

DO YOU OFFER ANY PACKAGE, GROUP OR OFFICE DISCOUNTS?

Yes. Package, group and office discounts can be up to 25% off.
